The staff members here at Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC come from a variety of backgrounds. When we are on a case, we bring multiple college degrees, accreditations, military experiences, private contracting experiences, and over 100 years of investigative experience with us. Our Reconstructionists and investigators have gained training and experience from some of the top schools in the country including the University of Akron, the University of North Florida - Institute of Police Technology and Management, Northwestern University, Kent State University, and the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
Along with their extensive training accomplishments, all of our Reconstructionists are either accredited with the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) or are in the process of obtaining their accreditation. Our personnel are also members of multiple professional affiliations, such as the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Accident Reconstruction Communication Network, Maryland Association of Traffic Accident Investigators, and the Fraternal Order of Police.

Eric Brown is the founder and owner of Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC. Mr. Brown is an ACTAR accredited reconstructionist #2706, BOSCH CDR Technician, and Forensic Vehicle Inspector. He has been an Ohio Peace Officer for 13 years and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Brown has spent his law enforcement career in dedicated traffic units and also serves on a county wide crash investigation team. He has investigated over 2,500 crashes during his career and is qualified as an expert in courts around the State of Ohio.
Phil Relli has been with Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC since 2013. Mr. Relli is an ACTAR accredited reconstructionist #2496 and BOSCH CDR Technician. He has been an Ohio Peace Officer for 14 years. Mr. Relli has spent his law enforcement career in the roles of crash investigations, commercial motor vehicle enforcement, and as a motor officer. He has investigated over 1,500 crashes during his career and has taught countless new officers how to investigate crashes as an instructor for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
Chris Wells has been with Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC since 2017. Mr. Wells is an ACTAR accredited reconstructionist #3115 and BOSCH CDR Technician. He has been an Ohio Peace Officer for 7 years. Mr. Wells has spent his law enforcemet career in dedicated traffic units and also serves on a county wide crash investigation team. He has investigated over 1,250 crashes during his career and is qualified as an expert in several courts throughout Ohio.
Aric Cook has been with Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC since 2016. Mr. Cook is a Reconstructionist and Forensic Vehicle Inspector. He has been an Ohio Peace Officer for 13 years and is a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Cook has spent his law enforcement career on patrol and has conducted on-scene crash investigations and documentation countless times and also serves on a county wide crash investigation team. He has investigated over 500 crashes during his career and has been recognized for his high degree of professionalism and commitment by his supervisors, community, and peers.
Spencer Dzubara has been with Crash Tech Reconstruction Services, LLC since 2020. Mr. Dzubara is a Reconstructionist and Forensic Mapping Expert. He has been an Ohio Peace Officer for 5 years and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Dzubara has spent his law enforcement career on patrol and has conducted on-scene crash investigations and documentation countless times and also serves on a county wide crash investigation team. He has investigated over 250 crashes during his career and has participated in multiple studies for use in the accident reconstruction field.
